Shipping & exchanges

Shipping

• Courier: GHN/ Shopee Express.
• Delivery time - Within HCMC: 1-2 business days; other provinces: 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding non-working days).
• Shipping fees: free shipping for all orders.
• Once shipped, we provide a tracking number so you can follow your order.
• In-store purchase: 07 Tran Huy Lieu, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City or 365 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ban Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Exchanges

• Window: exchanges accepted within 10 days of delivery.
• Conditions: item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, packaging/ accessories intact, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
• Options: exchange for a different size/ color/ item (subject to availability).
• Not eligible: sale items and items damaged by the customer.
• Defective or wrong color/ item/ size: please contact us within 48 hours with photos; we will replace it and cover the shipping cost.
• Exchange shipping: if the fault is ours → we cover everything; if you exchange for personal reasons (size/ color/ item) → the customer covers round-trip/ a flat 20.000đ shipping.
• Each item may be exchanged once only, so please choose carefully.
• In-store exchange: bring the item with its invoice to either store address above.
